Return & Refund Policy
A word on your thoughts about returns before purchasing!
All items in an order are thoroughly checked for the correctness of ordered items, quantity and above all - quality. Even then, there can be some purely unintentional issues. In such rare cases, we are happy to help the buyer. In case you are unsatisfied with the product received, you may contact our support team with your complaints/feedbacks. We shall revert back to you at the earliest.
Issuse related with correctness of ordered items, quantity and quality are all a rare scenario! But happy to serve you with best possible solution.
Damaged or late delivered shipments - Damaged packets beyond considerable limits or items delivered well beyond estimated delivery period can be returned by not accepting such shipments from the courier agent at the time of delivery.
Color issues - Please note that there may be minor differences incase of product color due to lighting conditions at the time of shooting and monitor display resolutions. To avoid returns, you may request us to send the product borchure with fabric samples enclosed.
Sizing or Fitting issues - Please follow the sizing chart before placing the order. In case you are not satisfied, you may contact us for a replacement with the next available size.
- 1. Before returning any product , you have to contact us and must receive an request number or acknowledgement.
- 2. The defective products along with invoice, price tags, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer, should be safely packed
- 3. Send the package within seven (7) working days from receipt of return confirmation for the same.
- 4. The packages can be sent through any reputed courier agents providing online tracking facility. Note that shipping charges has to be beared by the buyer. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Returned Items: Once the return shipment reach us, it will be checked and will initiate a refund. Refund is initiated to your payment source, if it was a prepaid online purchase and online fund transfer to buyers desired bank account, if it was a paid COD.
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, if unable to deliver certain products, the Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products,we shall agree to refund the amount as against such non-deliverable products.
Credit Card Refunds:
Kindly note that credits against the Customer's credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.
